A Beautiful Bite website shares a beautiful enticing drink recipe.
I just love the concept of adding fruit and different herbs to ice cubes and as they melt they gently flavor the drink.
I use boiled water that I let cool naturally to room temperature when making ice cubes for recipes like this because the ice cube freezes clear instead of cloudy.
Here are some great fruit choices to add to ice cubes:
Peaches, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, blackberries, cherries, halved grapes, lemons, grapefruit, honeydew melon, oranges and pineapple.
Really the list is endless but this should get you thinking in the right direction.
Here are some great herb choices to add to ice cubes: borage, pineapple sage, apple mint, spearmint, Lemon Balm, Lavender (small amount goes a long way) and lemongrass.
Once again, the list is endless but this should get you thinking in the right direction.
