Tarteletteblog has this recipe and I think the Charlottes turn out so pretty. This would be a really nice dessert for Mother’s day or Sunday brunch.
They provide a recipe for the cake but I like that you can use any pound cake, or even day old bread for the recipe if you want. Use up the stale bread and make some thing yummy from it.
