I love strawberry salsa on just about any grilled or baked fish you can think of. From bass to talipia the salsa goes with fish. But I really want to try it in an avocado half like this recipe idea from Balanced Platter. It would be kind of like a salad. Strawberries from the store in winter are not usually as sweet as the ones you get in summer so when I make this salsa in winter I only use the berries but in summer I use a mix of berries and fresh tomatoes. They go together really well when both are on the sweet side.
