Ingredients:

3 ounces of loose Chamomile Tea or 5 tea bags.
– 8 ounces hot filtered water , add tea bags, steep and allow to cool completely

1  1/2 ounces of Aloe Vera Gel
– Store bought or fresh from your house plant (blend Aloe Vera Gel from plant in blender with a small amount of water to make liquid)

10 -15 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
– Helps prevent scarring & repair skin cells

Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle and refrigerate… not because it will go bad but the cool temperature of the mixture is refreshing to overly warm skin. Shake thoroughly to distribute Aloe Vera and Lavender essential oil evenly within mixture before spraying on skin. Avoid contact with eyes. To apply to face, spray mixture onto a cotton ball and DAB – do not rub – once again dab gently onto the skin.
