There have been times though when I got half way through a recipe and found I didn’t have one of the ingredients. With this list of things you can swap for what you may be missing you can still keep making your recipe, Just swap out the item on the list for the corresponding item that you may be missing.
This could help save a recipe or at least a last-minute dash to the super market. The list of swaps is from Urban Survival Site and they have made a list of 50 different things you can swap in a recipe. I think printing this and keeping it handy is a good idea, especially if you do a lot of baking.
