Lavender jelly is a surprisingly delightful little sweet condiment that you ratherly will find in your grocery supermarket. It tends to serve as a wonderful compliment for different savoury dishes that are based on infused apple juice, vinegar, and sugar.
Basically, where is the love for Lavender Jelly….. try it once and it will become a family favorite. Well, there is an easy recipe to make it with no hussle at all.

4 cups sugar
For centuries lavender and lamb have been cooked together to fantastic effect. You know how lavender looks a little similar to rosemary; well lavender can also be used in cooking in many of the ways that you would use rosemary, or used in addition to it to give a truly delicious flavour profile.
Lavender flowers can be grown in your garden in big bunches and fresh cut. This is the point my mind clicked to make out something with these flowers, amy be after drying them, but eventually I ended using a bit more of the fresh flowers to make Lavender jelly. The recipe makes around 34 jars of 4 ounces each.
