If you like them when you get them out why not make your own sweet potato fries at home. I personally make mine by cutting into fries then I put some cornstarch and seasoned salt into a Ziploc bag and shake to coat then fry them in oil. I like the crust like texture it gives them but here is a recipe to make them in the oven which would make them more healthy than frying.
