Sweet & Stimulating Juicing Recipe

Keeping it interesting and stimulating your taste buds while getting a super shot of pure nutrition & vitamins can sometimes be challenging.

Variety and a pleasant taste keeps myself on track of juicing once a day.

Ingredients:

One peeled orange

Half a peeled cucumber ( if you keep the skin on it will be slightly bitter )

Two stalks of celery

One carrot – greens on top are a bonus

Two slices of pineapple ( skin removed )

Run all ingredients through your juicer.

If you do not have a juicer, use your blender on high but it will have a smoothie texture. Grate the carrots.

I drink my fill then take the rest with me while I run errands in a glass container.
