We eat a lot of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds at Halloween, and a few sesame seed on bagels and such but I have never eaten apricot kernels as I always thought the were poisonous. According to this article they are actually one of the healthiest. Too bad the roasting of the pumpkin seed kills the nutritional value. Guess I will have to start keeping them raw.
