Totally Delicious Reuben Dip

If you like Rubens you will love this dip. It has all the things that are in a Ruben plus cream cheese. Then it is baked in the oven till it is bubbling hot and served with little rye bread slices. I usually buy regular rye and toast it lightly and then cut into triangles. This dip is really good to take to a party or serve at your own. It is great for cards night or even makes a great snack on movie night. The Girl Who Ate Everything created and shares the recipe and it is at the top of my hot dips list. So good and if you are craving a Ruben sandwich this really hits that spot. She made is for St Patrick’s day but don’t have it once a year. It is good all year round.  Her recipe has an error of calling for a cup and a half of Swiss cheese but then saying 6 ounces. Go with the whole cup and a half so 12 ounces, the first time I went with the six and it really needed more. 12 is perfect.
