In order to prepare this delicious jam, you will need the following ingredients:
6 cups Sugar (or half the amount of Honey)
2 Lemons (Juiced)
2 split and scraped Vanilla Beans
2 liquid Pectin Packets
10 cups Chopped Peeled Peaches
Once you have all your ingredients, start with filling the canning jar half and put it on medium heat. Put in the peaches along with sugar inside a pot. Let it boil, after which you simply have to add vanilla beans and lemon juice into this mixture. Then, cook it for about 15 minutes, before adding all the pectin. Then, cook for five minutes more. After turning off the heat source, fill your jar while leaving ¼ space free and put on the lids. After screwing the jar lids properly, lower them into hot water and let them get processed in the water bath for about 10 minutes. Begin recording this time after there is a rolling boil in the water. After that, remove the jars and let them cool on a towel.
Once cooled, your delicious jam will be ready to get served.
