Did you get a deer yet? Or maybe someone that did get one loves you enough to gift you the backstrap? I hope you have some because this picture of marinated grilled backstrap is making my mouth water and if you eat meant I am sure it will do the same to you. Heck I don’t have any backstrap but I think I will do this with some ribeye or something because it looks so good. The Backyard Pioneer shares his recipe for the marinade and instructions for grilling the backstrap. I think this marinade would be good for jerky too beef or venison.
