Feminine cloth pads fell out of fashion when corporations started making disposable feminine pads because people did not want to deal with the hassle of washing them.

Cloth pads are an alternative to using traditional disposable pads.
They are more comfortable to wear, saving you money long term as you wash and reuse them and it helps you to reduce sanitary waste of 20 billion pads and tampons are sent to North American landfills every year. Even if you don’t wish to use these to save money or to have in a scenario where there may not be any products available at the store, if you like to sew and wish to make some of these to donate there is an address you can send them to and they will be distributed to women in Haiti that really need them.
