The Rusted Garden has created a two video tutorial of how to build a self wicking five gallon bucket Tomato plant watering container project. This would allow a plants to thrive while a gardener takes a few days vacation away from home. As we all know most plants can get a deep soak watering and be fine but tomato plants tend to be a little more sensitive. This project allows the tomato plants to take what they need at their own pace.
We may be heading into Winter but gardening is never far from my mind so I spend these colder months seeking out different techniques that can upgrade my growing methods for the following gardening season.
