I found this recipe for these beautiful pitas and knew someone would want the recipe. Under the high chair has the recipe and it looks pretty easy. If you look on her page she has a recipe for hummus there as well. I want to make these and then make my own gyros from the gyro meat at the store. We all really like gyros and I can imagine how much more delicious they will be on fresh homemade pita. Yummm
