Zucchini Jam Recipe

I made this zuchini jam last summer. I used a wild berry jello instead of the peach and it is really delicious. I think the peach would be good too, I just couldn’t find peach jello at the time and we like the wild berry jello.  The family homestead has the recipe. You can water bath can it. I just made the one batch to  see if we would like it and I just put my jars in the fridge, they didn’t last long this was a winner.
