Yumm. I love zucchini because it is so veristile. I have made zucchini pineapple tidbits from it and zucchini jam as well as all the baked goods. I also love it because it give so much zucchini. I keep looking for other ways to use it so I don’t feel like there is so much of it that I just want to give it all away. Here is one more way to use the zucchini.
