Zucchini, Tomato and Cheese Tart Recipe

Ezra pound has this great recipe as a meatless Monday recipe but I think it looks good enough to eat any day of the week. Super easy recipe that has a puff pastry crust which in my opinion makes it awesome because what isn’t awesome with puff pastry. I don’t know if I can wait for my zucchini to come or if I will need to go buy some from the store to make this. It definitely is needing to be on my dinner table soon. Or even Sunday brunch.
