Grow Your Own Pea Shoots

I know a lot of folks like to sprout seeds for sprouts but this one is sprouting the seeds to eat them a little bigger than just sprouts. Casa yellow tells us how to grow sweet peas so we can eat the tender green shoots from them. I love this idea to have some nice tender greens all year round. They said you can just clip what you need and sometime they will keep growing so you can clip them again. Even folks without gardens could have some fresh greens this way. There is a recipe provided for making garlicky pea shoots too.
