Once a week for 20 minutes, sit in a hot bath that contains:
Handful of epsom salts
Half cup of baking soda
10 drops of essential oil
Suggestions for essential oils -
Lavender – Calming
Grapefruit – Uplifting
Peppermint – Fatigue
Cedarwood – Depression
Chamomile & Rosemary – Headache
This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress-related hormones, and balances your pH levels.
Rinse yourself with a cool shower for 5 minutes to wash away all excreted body toxins and close your skin’s pores.
