Lemon Herb Calming Tea Recipe

2 tablespoons of dried each – ( equal parts )

– Lemon Balm Leaves
– Lemon Verbena Leaves
– Lemon Grass Leaves

Mix all together with boiling water and let steep for 6 minutes.
You can drink hot, warm as iced tea. If you want to make a larger batch, just use equal parts of each ingredient.

To swap dried for fresh:

1 Tablespoon of fresh herbs is equal to 1 Teaspoon of dried herbs
