This morning sickness relief tea recipe can be help pregnant women who are overwhelmed with energy loss, nauseous, dizziness and anxious feelings. This natural remedy recipe can also be used for anyone with an upset stomach as well.
Ingredients:
One cup of hot filtered water
One teaspoon of Honey ( local is better )
One spring of Peppermint
One small thin slice of Ginger
Directions:
Place the thinly sliced piece of Ginger & one sprig of Peppermint in the cup of hot filtered water and cover with a small ceramic plate for three to five minutes.
Remove Ginger and Peppermint sprig.
Add Honey to taste and sip slowly giving your stomach time to settle.
Do not lay down for at least 10 minutes…. or it may come up – let your stomach absorb it.
