Take the inside of a banana peel and gently rub around and over teeth for three minutes. The minerals inside the banana peel contains potassium, magnesium and manganese that will absorb into your teeth and whiten them.
Dark Green Vegetables:
Here is yet another reason to eat your dark green vegetables, like broccoli and kale. Leafy greens contain a mineral compound which produces a film that covers teeth and protects against stains.
Crush four strawberries into a pulp and thoroughly mix with two teaspoons of baking soda. Softly spread across teeth and leave for five minutes. Brush and floss teeth to remove strawberry seeds.
Crunchy Fruits & Vegetables:
Eat more crunchy fruits and veggies because they are naturally abrasive and over time will help remove and prevent stains from your teeth without damaging your enamel.
Activated charcoal is a great way to make your teeth sparkle. Cover a wet toothbrush with activated charcoal and brush your teeth in gentle circles for two to four minutes. Rinse thoroughly with a full glass of water. Beware that activated charcoal stains clothing and counter tops.
Oil pulling with coconut oil whitens teeth. Just swish it around in your mouth for twenty minutes and spit. Brush your teeth like normal.
Mouth Guard Mixture:
Mix Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda into a paste, place in mouth guard and insert into mouth for ten minutes twice a week.
Bonus Tip: Hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash does not taste very good but it does kill the bacteria within the mouth that causes bad breath.
