Saving bok choy seeds. I love bok choy in stir fry and planted some in the spring. I had a rainy spring and mine bolted before it ever made anything edible. I gave up at that point and pulled them from the garden. After finding this article, next time I will leave them and at least get some seed for next planting out of them.
