Make this cute seat with storage for your next camping trip. Better yet, make a bunch. These are made with empty kitty litter containers but you could also use a 5 gallon bucket or other container of the right size. This is a neat idea for camping or fishing since not only do you have the seat to sit on but the whole interior can be used to store your stuff. This idea is from Kinder Land Kapers and I really like the idea.

 They would make cute seats for kids and if you read the comments on the page, one person suggested using Velcro to hold the cushion on so that when you are not using your seats the cushion could be stored inside and the seats could be stacked and out of the way. If you don’t have kitty litter containers you could try asking at a bakery or deli for containers, they have them for different sauces and condiments and will usually let you have the empties.

The bucket is decorated with cute duct tape and the cushion you could make out of whatever would work for you. It this pic she used a square of carpet pad. I think I would want a little more padding than that so maybe a square of dense foam covered in a durable fabric. This is a neat project and the seats wold come in very handy.
