Barefeet In The Kitchen website shares how to dehydrate apple slices.

You can store the dehydrated apples slices in mason jars or in food saver bags then put them in your ever growing food pantry.

You can eat them as a snack or later reconstitute them for cooking or baking.

To reconstitute them:  Pour 1 cup of boiling water on top of 1 cup dehydrated apples and let it set for fifteen minutes which will give you one cup of apples.
