* Two peeled slices of Pineapple
* One peeled Orange ( remove the seeds )
* One Apple (remove seeds and the stem )
* Three Carrots

Peel, deseed, chop and run through juicer and enjoy.

Simple, easy, healthy and amazingly delicious.

Small warning:

Drinking fruit juice can cause a rapid rise in blood sugar.

In a healthy person, drinking fresh fruit juices usually does not pose a problem since the sugars in fruits are easily assimilated and digested. However, if you have low blood sugar level (hypoglycemia) or are diabetic do not juice fruits without consulting your doctor.
