As most of us have seen, avocados can get very expensive. Yet when they are in season the stores have plenty of them at good prices.

You can also find some that are ready to eat right now on big marks downs because they don’t keep long after they are ready. Learn how to freeze them for future use.

Once an avocado is ripe you on;y have a day or two before it is not good and turns brown inside. Jodi Brown shows us how to freeze them and use them later. I love this because I have throwing away avocados because they got too ripe.

Once you have these frozen Jodi tells us we can throw them into our smoothies or thaw to make guacamole. So now when they are priced good you can stock up for when the price goes up.
