Last year on 29 June 3.8 million  people survived a power outage that swept from Iowa to the Mid-Atlantic coast affecting Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina, Kentucky, and metropolitan Washington, DC.
