If you have some venison you absolutely need to see these recipes so you can put it to some delicious use. With these recipes you can start curing your venison into some really nice recipes. You can make one or all four and I think all four would be great at my house. Choose from dry-cured sausage, smoked ham, terrine or bresaola. Any you choose will end up tasty and delicious.
