Instructions on how to blend:

Pour two to three cups of filtered water to a teapot and bring to a boil.

Pour filtered boiling water into a glass bowl.

Add a pinch of each marshmallow and Osha Root into a glass bowl.

Cover glass bowl with a ceramic plate five to eight minutes.

Add a pinch of each Mullein and Lemon Balm to glass bowl.

Add 1 Tablespoon Rose Hips into the glass bowl.

Allow to steep for an additional five minutes more.

Strain everything in the glass bowl through a fine wire mesh strainer. Compost leaves and roots. Drink tea and reheat as needed.
