Off The Grid Gravity Fed Water System While RV Camping DIY Project – Boondocking

While more and more camping areas that offer full hookup services available are popping up all over the place, however, there are still remote camping areas that do not have all of the services. If you are lucky and find yourself at one of these remote camping areas then you need to be prepared. Boondocking is what it is called.

This DIY project is designed to introduce the reader to a way to build a gravity-fed water system that does not require power.

You will need:

30-gallon water storage tank

1.25″ to 2″ Fernco Fitting

2″ threaded fitting

1/2″ threaded PEX Pipe
