This Off The Grid Gravity Fed Water System While RV Camping DIY Project is perfect for the Rv travel trailer that is boondocking from a water source. Let gravity create a force to keep steady water pressure and flow.
While more and more camping areas that offer full hookup services available are popping up all over the place, however, there are still remote camping areas that do not have all of the services. If you are lucky and find yourself at one of these remote camping areas then you need to be prepared. Boondocking is what it is called.
This DIY project is designed to introduce the reader to a way to build a gravity-fed water system that does not require power.
You will need:
30-gallon water storage tank
1.25″ to 2″ Fernco Fitting
2″ threaded fitting
1/2″ threaded PEX Pipe
This Do It Yourself project was created and shared with all of the readers in hopes to help some fellow DIYers who own a camper and need an alternative way to supply water to the camper.
The project includes a complete list of all of the necessary things that are needed to be had on hand in order to get started.
It also includes a complete, easy to read and follow step by step instructional guide that covers everything from start to finish.
