Spotless Window Cleaner Recipe DIY

Nice outside window cleaning recipe from JMS musings. She say you spray the windows then scrub with this solution and just spray rinse them and they do NOT spot. How cool is that. No more rubbing and rubbing to get rid of streaks and spots before they dry.
