Symptoms And Treatment Of Concussion

In this video you will learn all about the symptoms and treatment for concussion. Symptoms can range from headaches to bleeding from the ears and nose. We see these kinds of injuries a lot in sports figures as they get hurt a lot and many of their injuries are to the head. In the video Dr. Bones says that if you have a concussion and you are going to take a pain reliever to take acetaminophen and not to take aspirin or ibuprofen due to the risk of bleeding.  People that suffer repeated head injuries can have permanent brain damage. I always thought that if someone was suffering from concussion you had to keep them awake but Dr. Bones says you can let them go to sleep as long as you wake them up every two to three hours and check for any of the symptoms listed. The info in this video could come in very handy if you or a loved one ever has a blow to the head.
