Zested lime gives it a citrus kick and sprinkled powdered sugar adds just the right level of sweetness.
Normally, a Tequila shot has 1 oz gold tequila, 1 pinch salt and 1 lime wedge. Hold lime between finger and thumb, and place salt at base of thumb on same hand. Quickly lick the salt, down the tequila, and bite the lime.
