I just found out from Organic lifestyle magazine that vitamin C supplements you can buy are made from corn! I never knew that and am not sure I like the idea. She tells how to make your own and I think I will start doing exactly that. If my body can absorb it better and its not made from corn it has to be a better way to get the vitamin.
