Uses For Diatomaceous Earth – Diatomaceous Earth For Insect Control

So many uses for Diatomaceous Earth, it kills almost all bugs as it scratches their shells and they dry out, the only thing to remember is not to spray it on flower blooms as it will kill honeybees, don’t breath it and always make sure to use food grade because the stuff from pool supply places is for pools and has be heated and contains small glass shards from the heating of it. Gardening Know How tells how to use it in the garden.
It also works for fleas and is safe around your pets, it works for ants, they will not cross it and you can even  add it to stored foods like flour, cornmeal, rice and pretty much any other dried foods so if any of that food came with critter eggs in it (and most of it does) when they hatch they will die very soon from the Diatomaceous Earth.
