Who love cream puffs? I know I do and when I saw this recipe I knew I needed to make these. So I will be looking for Meyer lemons at the store because while I love cream puffs I also love lemon and lemon curd cream puffs sounds like a gift from heaven. If you just are not in the mood for something sweet but would still like to try one of their recipes do a search on their page for “sweet onion crack dip” Vidalia onions are showing up in stores here and this dip is so delicious you will make it over and over again, at least I know we do.
Usually around this time of the year I am looking forward to the fairs so I can get a cream puff, they always taste so good when you eat them at the fair but I don’t think I am going to wait, I really want…need one of these lemon curd cream puffs. Yumm
