Elderberries is a true blessing to a wild food forager…. it can make a wonderful tasting Elderberry Jelly.

You needs to  wash and dry them.  If you freeze them, they drop off the clusters more easily.
It is said that  freezing them also improves their  flavor. They can be thawed at a later date to make many recipes. Hopefully, you will use a small bit of your elderberries treasure to make a batch of Elderberry Jelly !
