My daughter has been on that 4 hour body diet and she is losing weight but like me she loves sweets. The diet allows one cheat day per week where you are allowed to eat what ever you want all day. She tries to stay gluten free on those days though. I know a lot of folks are either gluten free or attempting to go gluten free. So I went around and found some dessert bars for her and for all the other folks trying to be gluten free. All four of these look delicious. I tried to get something for all tastes and I hope all of our gluten free friends find one they like.
