It has ginger, lemon zest, sugar, honey, vanilla and some brandy in it and once you have it all ready you pour it in to your liqueur bottle and let it steep. It is easy to make and different from what you buy at the store. You can drink it as an after dinner liqueur and I think it would be delicious added to a cup of coffee.
