Did you know that you can use a mason jar on the blender? I never knew and that is so cool. You can use it if you want to make nut butter, just put your nuts in the jar attatch it to the blender and pulse and blend till you get the nutty or creamy texture you like best. Add salt or surgar or both if desired and there you have your nut butter all ready and in a jar. Simply Recipes shares this tip and says this is the best way to make whipped cream plus if there is any left over its already in a jar for storage in the fridge.
