I love this tropical tasting spread. It is made with bananas, coconut and pineapple and it tastes amazing. You can find the recipe all over the internet and I found this on Brookshires. I have made it but I cut the recipe in half and put mine in the fridge. I have been told by to many canners than you should not can bananas so I just don’t. All the recipes you find tell you to water bath can it for 15 minutes and that it is good to go then but as I said I do not can it and in my opinion it should be made in small batches and refrigerated. It isn’t hard to make and it is delicious.
