This soup is our favorite. I make it over and over in the winter. It is one of the soups that Olive Garden restaurant has on their menu. I make it the same way Givemesomeoven does except I use what ever potatoes I have on hand and I add a teaspoon of powdered turmeric and I double the amount of kale in mine. This is the main reason that I freeze kale for the winter time. It is so yummmy.
