Baked Pumpkin Cream Cheese French Toast Breakfast

Make these delicious baked pumpkin cream cheese french toast recipe that is sure to please and always a breakfast brunch favorite.  This pillow of buttery bread that has a flavorful swirl of pumpkin and spices filled with a luscious cream cream that is then sprinkle with a sugary crumble topping.


3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12-count) package KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls, cubed     (or any  homemade sweet rolls)

For the Crumb Topping
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

For the Cream Cheese Filling
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
