If you are planning an Easter brunch or just want the Easter menu to be special, check out these carrots made from crescent rolls and then dyed orange. Once they are baked and colored you can fill them with pretty much any of your favorite salads. Hungry Happenings shares the tutorial on making them and suggest filling with ham or egg salad but I think you could use tuna salad or even a shrimp salad or a combination of all of them. They might even be good with a fruit fluff in them. They are very pretty and would look great on any Easter or spring brunch spread.
