Tortillas made from cauliflower? Slim palate has a recipe for exactly that. I would have never thought of it. I do make mashed cauliflower and we love it that way. I can’t wait to try these.
Then we find that Everyday Maven shared an article telling how to make cauliflower rice and says you can make big batches and freeze it. Now that would be awesome, just pull it out and away you go making mashed cauliflower and gravy or these delicious looking tortillas.
