If you love pineapple you will love this easy to make and totally delicious pineapple soufflé. It is not expensive to make since it uses white bread and canned pineapple. It is super easy to put together and it taste so good you will make it again and again. I know we love it and I make it often since finding the recipe on Little Miss Celebration. She says they have t on holidays as a sweet side dish. At my house we love it as dessert. It is not overly sweet so I suppose if you like sweet sides it would work but I like to enjoy the pineapple flavor by its self. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
