I found this diy counter top redo by susansisk and I think it is kind of neat the way she did it to look like faux river rocks. I have seen other tutorials where they have painted the counter tops and I have seen where the make them with cement. We recently priced counter tops for our kitchen and boy let me tell you they are not cheap. So now I am looking for a diy yourself project to get new counter tops. So what do you all think of this idea? I am undecided, while I like the look and she says it has held up my kitchen seems to really take a beating.
