When we are thinking about prepping most of us probably do not think of pregnancy or birthing preps. We probably should though. Even if we are not expecting. In a shtf  (Shit Hits The Fan … or in other words a HUGE disaster ) pregnant women could be in real danger. There could be no medical care available and we should all have some idea of how to help in case of a delivery during a bad time. Your own home store has thought of this and offers some good advice.
P.S This is not either of us but the author who is pregnant.
